Business Financial Statement Preparation
How can we help you?
Nobody wants unexpected costs in a business. We will assess your reporting requirements, determine the estimated cost, and agree upon a price before we start work—no surprises.
Here are three types of financial statements we provide:
Review Engagement Financial Statements – Typically a growing and well-established business needs this level of preparation for its financial statements. A Review Engagement is used where third parties (such as banks or unrelated shareholders) require a level of assurance that the reporting is consistent with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
Notice to Reader Financial Statements – Used by a business where the owners are active in day-to-day transactions. This type of financial statement is primarily used for management or internal purposes, and to keep costs down.
Income Statements prepared for Canada Revenue Agency on your personal tax return – Used by the unincorporated small business owner. These statements are prepared for your small business to be attached to your personal tax return.
