  • T5 interest reporting by payers
  • NR4 slips and summary (non-resident payments)

February 28

  • T4 slips and T4 Summary
  • T4A slips and T4A Summary
  • T5 slips and T5 Summary (T5 018)
  • T5018 (construction subcontractor payments)

March 2

  • RRSP contribution deadline for the prior tax year

March 15

  • Q1 personal and trust instalments (if applicable)

March 31

  • T3 Trust Income Tax Returns (including enhanced trust and bare trust reporting)
  • HST filing for annual filers with a December 31 year-end
  • T5013 Partnership Return (partnerships with individual partners)
  • NR4 filing (if not already filed January 31)

April 30

  • Personal (T1) tax filing deadline
  • Personal balance owing due
  • Final personal instalment payment (if applicable)

May 31

  • T5013 Partnership Return (partnerships with only corporate partners)

June 15

  • Self-employed / sole proprietor T1 filing deadline
  • Spouse/common-law partner filing deadline where one spouse is self-employed
  • Q2 personal and trust instalments

  • T2 Corporate tax return filing deadline for corporations with a December 31 year-end
  • Corporate tax balance owing (most CCPCs)
  • Trust tax balance owing (unless instalment payer)
